TLS was reccomened by my insurance agent to replace our back door after an attemped break in a few years ago. I was so impressed with the workmanshp and cost that I hired them a few months later to remodel my half bath and laundry room. I love their work. Both rooms are beautiful. Every night when I came home the contruction area was clean. They were so easy to work with. They finished the job days early. (They even helped me with a garage door issue on day 1, (it wouldn't open),at no charge, saving me a charge from the garage door company. TLS knew a little secret that I did not. Currently I am remodeling both my hall bath and then my master bath with TLS. I highly reccomened TLS. Terry and his crew are the best home improvement team I have ever worked with. They have made me a customer for life.

Overall....A+. They called to confirm timelines and updated us if there were any delays. They did a top notch job. It started with a quality (detail) bid that covered what they would do including obtaining the permits and coordinating their subs and the inspections. Do: call them and plan ahead as I suspect they will be busy. They do a great job at a reasonable price. Don't: Forget to call them. I believe there is not much they do not do. Work performed (2012-2013) 1. Built a half-bath 2. Installed a bar sink 3. Replaced old deck with TimberTech deck 4. Reworked electrical outlets

Terry and his team were very responsive and punctual. The quality of work was great and we absolutely love our new basement addition. Terry was very easy to reach and was accommodating of minor changes to the original project. We really appreciate the work that was done and the level of service we received!

TLS did a wonderful job on the Mother in Law quarters we put in downstairs. TLS put in a beautiful bathroom, family room, library area with a fireplace, and a full kitchen. My mom has very specific expectations and everything came out beautifully. Jay did his very best to stay within budget, which was important to us. Doug and Brad became part of the family in the months they were here. Their workmanship was precise and they made sure every detail was taken care. We completely trusted them in our home and would highly recommend asking for them should you use TLS. They are wonderful!

TLS really listened to what we wanted. Terry and Doug were able to make good suggestions during the bidding and planning processes. During the project, they arrived early and cleaned up area before leaving at the end of the day. They were professional and kept us informed from start to finish. Our kitchen is fabulous!!! Looking forward to the deck project that TLS is scheduled to begin soon. This will be the fourth project.

There was not one person at TLS who disappointed us during the remodeling of two bathrooms this past winter/spring. Everyone was very respectful of our home and property. They cleaned up every evening before leaving. The employees who came to our house were very friendly and keep us updated daily on what they were doing and at the end of the day what they had done. John and Chaz were excellent communicators and did an excellent job, in our opinion. There were some changes along the way and a few oops (as with anything in life) but TLS was willing to work with us and us with them. We tried to show respect for what they were doing, communicated with them in an adult manner and we were treated the same. I trusted them from day one and would trust them to come back for the next project. You won't be disappointed.

Very impressed with the renovation of my kitchen. He was very careful to remove the old cabinet's so that I could give them to Habit for Humanity and every evening they left it cleaned up so I did not have too big of a mess to get around. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Extensive basement project was completed on time despite a number of complications along the way. The work looks great, but lots of company's do good work. What set TLS apart, for me, was the level of communication throughout the process.

I hired TLS to finish my basement and add a small office and bathroom. Not only did it turn out beautifully, but Terry, Doug, and his crew were great every step of the way. They were very flexible in terms of scheduling around my work meetings and they kept me updated every step of the way. Also, something I really liked was how clean/neat Doug and his crew were. Everyday they would clean up the entire space and my house wasn't a mess while the project was taking place. I personally got many bids when scoping out my project. There were other companies that were going to charge me 2.5x what TLS did and the other companies explained they would offer a premium service. I honestly don't know how they could have offered me better service than TLS. I would definitely recommend TLS for any home improvement project that you have.
